My meat prison weighs 154 kilograms at a height of 188 cm, which is a BMI of 43.6. There's no way in hell I will be allowed bottom surgery unless I lose like 60 kilos first. I hate being fat. I hate my body, for other reasons too.
My problem is that I have like zero executive functioning or willpower. I can barely make myself do anything like developing hobby projects (Kittyscript), performing body hygiene (I shower like once a week), doing bureaucracy tasks on time, doing chores, going outside for walks, exercising or doing anything outside of playing Fortnite all the time. The few spoons I have left go into making myself go to work.
Unfortunately I'm not the kind of person who enjoys eating things like broccoli and is satisfied with small portions. Most of my favorite foods are high calorie (French fries, döner kebab, chicken nuggets, pasta, pizza…) and I habitually eat large portions and eat them quickly. I don't have the ability to focus enough on my eating speed to eat slower, but I don't think the speed alone is a problem.
When I'm stressed or depressed, I get more hungry instead of less hungry.
I think I'd prefer reducing portion size of my existing favorite foods instead of switching to "healthier" foods (I dislike the majority of vegetables, which is also a major part of why I don't go vegan despite thinking veganism is ethically correct).
Do you have any advice on how to follow through with the eating changes required to lose weight and resist the urges and habits to eat too much?
