underproofed ganbold@ganbold (2026-10-07 16:26:54) if I read someone else publication with the type of writing saying "I" or "me" then they trashtalk themself, I am not sure if its work of fiction. as a reviewer, I don't feel like I have the capacity to handle their respond to my review

underproofed ganbold@ganbold (2026-10-07 15:50:41) reading, reviewing, and writing day perhaps

the reason I cancel my cinema day, since watching something could create a new idea for writing. I want to try emptying any idea in my head rn

there are other theory as well, and this theory doesn't make one sickness means this exact reason. but rather, one of reason that could make someone sick

another example if I feel like eating bunch of protein, which either from geprek or padang, they are basically start selling at noon in here.

meanwhile for my jakarta kost, I have the list of:
- porridge by 6am
- nasi uduk by 5am and 6am (3 sellers within 50 meter lmao)
- sabana by 8am
- gado2/pecel by 11am

on fedi we still use Kunreisiki and Nihonsiki..

when it happens, I lied to my brain like, okay we will have a massive meal tomorrow. then I sleep over 8 hours.

sometimes its just not convenience to grab a meal anytime I want to, so that has been my survival instinct

Reply to @koakuma@uwu.social underproofed ganbold@ganbold (2026-10-06 16:41:08) is it based on a certain claim, Sun? I'd like to read/watch whatever the claim came from.

but "applying gradual changes over longer term" is kinda similar to the Atomic Habits book. I am assuming that the success rate comes from the surviving people who are still applying that change. applying sudden changes takes so much effort and more riskier, that I assume its not as sustainable as the gradual change part. rather than being unsuccessful, people simply drop midway. thus the term of boiling frogs, perhaps

I have a friend who had been wearing glasses since elementary school, who struggle to see the white/black-board from far/near. I don't think we can just simply "remove school". I've seen an option like, "lasik" (?) but it costs more than buying a pair of glasses.

when I said pill as convenience, I see it more like, you don't actually need a pill, you just need a rest. normally maybe around a week, or just few days for normal people. but the pill is kinda to help "accelerate" that, in a way its actually just painkiller, which make a day of rest become sufficient and you back to work at the next day.

for glasses, my logic can't apply that way since even if you take rest for days or weeks, you can't cure the reason behind why are you wearing glasses.
