diversity almost never actually means diversity it means growing the "privileged underprivileged" categories. once you start noticing this you see it everywhere. as an example, in media representation diversity just means more black people, you will not get diversity points if you're super diverse but don't overrepresent black people.

@SuperDicq have you ever noticed that when they do these things they reinforce categories which is literally the opposite of "queering" but it never goes away because these things are pushed by people who segregate by groups to get favor
