Flinta is a space for marginalized groups that often receive harm from society, if you ask yourself why women are in there... i think you should look up why and how most things are built for men going over medical surgeries, medicine, infrastructure and even laws. Built from men for men, its the same with all the other groups that are included in flinta

diversity almost never actually means diversity it means growing the "privileged underprivileged" categories. once you start noticing this you see it everywhere. as an example, in media representation diversity just means more black people, you will not get diversity points if you're super diverse but don't overrepresent black people.
