@mametsuko ik heb dit ook wel eens gehad en het is echt super zuur.. Eerst al een half uur omdat je hem gemist hebt en daarna nog een half uur extra... Dat is net zo erg als een trein missen in duitsland

@mametsuko de reden waarom zuurdesem zuur is is omdat gist en de lactobacillus bacterie heel goed samen gaan (omdat ze beide van een lage pH houden) en daarom is je zuurdesem zuur omdat ie "besmet" is met lactobacillus (wat je graag wilt voor de smaak)
Alleen met brouwen wil je graag geen lactobacillus tenzij je een Sour aan het brouwen bent
