@phnt @lain @cell @sun Half-life still adheres to this principle, which is why we don't have any sequels past HL2 -- gameplay innovation is quite difficult.

@iamtakingiteasy @lain @cell @sun Half Life without the story is boring and quite mediocre. Just like Doom without the fast paced gameplay.
