one thing that I started to accept is, donation is not an "upfront payment" its more of like "thanks for all the deeds you did"
so if the donor expect anything after donating, that is not a donation

i always feel weird when i have to make that kind of post. but i think it has to be done.
catto.garden has been the digital home for a bunch of critters for the last year and a half, from hosting their personal websites and fediverse presence to supporting their communications. and we accept more critters over time. to be able to do so, we don't depend on ads or sponsorships. but anyone can help us keep the lights on by donating:

the monthly cost for hosting is at ~25β¬/month
additionally, due to a technical issue with my laptop that made it unable to work at all, as well as a (probably) non-functional motherboard, i'm not able to work on catto.garden for the time being, and i can't cover the cost for a replacement/repair, as i don't currently have a job or any other income. i expect the cost to be around 50 to 100 euros at least.

been thinking of buying that wooden doll to help me visualize, but then the problem is the joint might not as flexible as I want it to be (non-realistic dynamic pose)

So from my reading codeberg didnβt do what aral wanted fast enough because theyβre a volunteer org and so he just shot off a public acidic ultimatum and wonders now why people donβt want to work with him
