"Yandex's data center in Vladimir has been completely shut down as a result of a drone attack.
The outage has affected taxi services in several regions of Russia: Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Vladivostok, Ulan-Ude, St. Petersburg, and Moscow. The problems extend beyond the country, as the app is not working in Serbia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Armenia.
Internal company services are also down. The "Yandex Pro" app for taxi drivers and couriers is not working, and support staff are unable to use their work programs. One employee complained that they cannot even submit a bug report, and are losing money because they are paid on a per-task basis. There are also reports of disruptions to Yandex's smart home services"
