currently using lm-sensors, which you can watch and write them as a file for periodic monitoring. but I just look at them once in a while when the pc is idle or when pc is at its busiest state.

idk how accurate is this, but if you'd like to have better accuracy I think installing a hardware between the plug. but apparently software is much more preferred in search engine result. hwmonitor, hwinfo, etc

ouch gotta check on my mini pc then. I don't have the hardware sadly, was a good chance to verify if lm_sensors is accurate on non-battery machine or not
