is the host specific only for quartz hosting

@ganbold@sns1.hydranlab.com for everything, quartz need nodejs on host machine to simplify push to github with npm (npx quartz sync) as well as automate github publish. and give you the ability to preview things before pushing for changes (npx quartz build --serve)
