Something I have been developing and pushing back hard on though is, there's a super defensive move to blame christians for pro israel bullshit but I at this point believe definitively, all christian pro israel shit is way downstream from jewish zionist money and the state of israel directly itself, where it has no benefit to actual christians except to the specific grifters who are getting cut checks from israel to suck its cock. the closest you can get to blaming actual christians directly is pete hegseth who is a christian, is an extremist  nut, is in a a direct and powerful position of authority that helps israel, for his christian mindset. but that is literally the only example, but a potent one. it's still downstream from the fact that israel owns our government though, he was handpicked because he'll do the same work and plausibly defend from that criticism

As an Abrahamic religion, Christianity is automatically in the same camp. It's basically just a schism of Judaism which broke off around 150 years into Judaisms advent (ie. since widespread adoption of the Torah). But the support for Israel is just a fairly recent manifestation of the same duplicitous bloody history of that class of traditions. Abrahamic ``religion`` is basically a glorified narcissistic superstition whose track record is a long trail of genocidal behaviour excused by an equally long stream of disingenuous saccharine platitudes.

As to individual Christians, yeah I know most are decent well meaning people. But it doesn't really help much to deflect from the overall consequences of continuing to promote that ideology. At some point they have to accept some culpability. The bad behaviour isn't a fringe effect. It's a consistent feature of the system from stem to stern.

there is every reason to blame christians for all this shit:

1. they already hate christians
2. if they blame christians they don't have to blame jews, which avoids the antisemitism criticism neatly and avoids offending jews in progressive funding
3. the religious motive is real and exists so it's plausible, even if it's an effect every time not purely a cause (more on this later) even if they're useful idiots they're populous and destructive

but like, do you want to understand this or not
do you want to see when something is downstream from the real cause or not
are you honest or is it just from hating christians, even if you have a good personal reason to hate christians, do you care about palestinians or oppose genocide on principle or is this just an expression of your hate for christans

@sun A lot of Christian support is due to rapture theology. They believe that if Israel rebuilds the Third Temple, all of the good Christians will get whisked away to heaven. My mom was one of those. I always thought it was heresy and that the Old Testament's pretty clear when it comes to how God views his worshippers playing rules lawyer.
