In a couple decades humans might start using quite different mounts — and the stables will have to rebuilt anyway to accommodate those.
I bet on giant snails! Impractical? Slow? So are horses compared to automobiles!

What's worse — this one hosted the third one of the supercomputers belonging to Yandex, two other ones were likely damaged in the first strike.
The existing model will likely keep working, but replacing those compute-oriented GPUs under sanctions will likely be problematic, circumventing them takes time and increases the price significantly. Without computing power to train the model it'll likely degrade with time — or simply slip into irrelevance as others keep training their models and have no problems with access to latest hardware.
