@ganbold i don't get the point of pi, i've said that before. if you have no features there's nothing there. guess they found out as well.

I can only assume that, it was trying to be like the vim over the sea of code editors. a personal project that gained a traction, then the fork or implementation become more popular (omp), which might lead the funding went through omp rather than pi directly.
and now it sounds like they are going back to be a harness like any harness would do
