honestly we don't need to have 17 million managers. but the problem is that the current amount of manager, is just underqualified. having a higher amount of manager could filter those to get top 1% of managers. but if we have those huge amount of manager, what about the engineer, the one that manager supposed to manage.

the visual hits hard. its very unexpected to see this kind of visual / graphic coming from a MV, as if its from a mix of cinematic anime and game. I am not sure if 3D is used here, but the camera is so smooth that its hard to believe if its purely 2D.

I appreciate people who quit a platform because that platform use user data for training AI. I appreciate people decision, I actually support them.
but I wish people know that quitting a platform because of their data training doesn't mean that our art or data will not be used for their data training, even if you are no longer on that platform. these kind of people exist:
1) re-uploader
2) who use a part of your art/data/content as their content

I learnt photo editing around a year ago, taught by my ex.
when taking a photo, I never look at the result. I just see nice thing, capture it, then end of the day. it has been that way, til finally my ex gave me a tips for a simple and quick photo editing, through highlight and shadow to adjust or focus where people should watch the object in our photo. ever since being taught with my ex, I always edit it, then send to her, then she approved.
that was very small and happy day yet I think revolutionary to my life right now

aety says my photos have very consistent coloring but i always try new things while editing photos so from my pov it doesn’t feel consistent
