underproofed ganbold@ganbold (2026-09-19 20:25:55) honestly we don't need to have 17 million managers. but the problem is that the current amount of manager, is just underqualified. having a higher amount of manager could filter those to get top 1% of managers. but if we have those huge amount of manager, what about the engineer, the one that manager supposed to manage.Reply
