by the recent action of codeberg, looking at the clause, "x that harm [] codeberg". at this point anything that codeberg claim could harm them, they could shut it down (repository/organization/user)

well they owned the site and server, so its basically up to them. but at this point I suggest them to make the user registration to invite only or something, to protect them from the harm.
