if I go to psychologist or psychiatrist rn, I might be diagnosed with mental sickness as well probably.
last time I went to psychologist was around 5 years ago, and I got diagnosed with light/mild stress. ofc afterwards, life was getting more depressive. going to psychologist was expensive, even my salary was on upper rate, but still it hits more of 1:10 of my salary a month. if I went to psychologist twice a month, it might hit 30-40% of my salary, which I never would approve that kind of spending
I'd rather spend such amount for something I could be happy, rather than realizing and being admitted by someone that I am hella depressive.
I think everybody has their own mental trait, and handle their trait on their own as well. looks fine on surface but we never know what is inside.
last time I was deeply connected to someone, I was so happy because I could see similar pain, and how do we treat ourself, and how we could help each other. but that didn't last long, so I learn on how to treat myself without the help other

my point is that, never listen to someone else. especially if they don't even know our life. do something you want. do something where your heart start to make a loud noise. do something where your heart can rest silently.
I don't fully disagree with "doctor", "pill", etc, it just its starting to be "convenience" over "actual healing process". for example, a toxic working place. everyone actually know that the factor to the diseases was the toxic working place, but no one addressing that issue. but rather asking worker to wear mask, drink pill, exercise, etc.
the judge is biased, and we as patient never know the actual bias, and can't remove it as well
