I really can't live with people who can't communicate

personally, communicate isn't equal to speaking or talking. one still can communicate despite they barely speaking or talking. 

I think the key to communicate is to let someone know, asking for approval, that kind of things. one can speak and talk a ton but still never let someone else know about things or ask any approval, and that is very annoying. 

it's like having to skim a wall of text, and found nothing. meanwhile you can just put the keywords on the first paragraph. and the next paragraphs are just elaborating and making the first paragraph more makes sense.
