okay so i first mixed in SevaBlødda and soda water at a 1:5 ratio, but the bitter (what do you mean bitter it was SWEET AS FUCK) was too sweet and strong even as a highball! so, i decided to add a peaty smoky whisky (nikka yoichi) at half the amount of the bitter and it helped balance everything out, now i have a nice sipper :comfy: 

==CELL'S FIRST COCKTAIL==
1 part whisky (smoky peaty one highly preferred)
2 parts SevaBlødda danish bitter
soda water

instructions:
- to a tall glass, add ice.
- pour in one part whisky and two parts SevaBlødda.
- pour in soda water at a 5:1 ratio to the mixture
- use a muddler or a spoon or heck a stick and stir the mixture
- enjoy.
