recently my head being weird, difficult to concentrate (plus the weather is hell and my fan is decomisioned), lack appetite and exhausted doing anything.

@y@misskey.id same, usually when this happen I just go outside. but outside isnt appealing. inside is not comforting. I am in nowhere
