I am kinda wondering why radio streaming service is buffering/throttling, well it makes sense, bandwidth is limited. but I always thought that, there are not really a lot of people who listen on it? and also I thought they could use something like video streaming service has been doing, instead of peer-to-peer, its centralized and broadcasted. basically one worker with more bandwidth handle the serving, so the radio host need only 1 connection to the worker.
