I like to think I'm a student of life and trying to be a better human every day.
I spend my time learning more about #electronics, #homeautomation, #sewing. Getting outside to ride my #bicycle and looking for #mushrooms on my walks is always a plus. I also like exploring the world through #math, #python, #LaTeX, #cooking, #volunteering, #photography, and turn-based #jrpgs and tactics games.

#Pickle update. The majority of the #fermentation has already happened. When it really gets going it can blow the airlock off and even if it doesn't do that, a lot of brine will be out of the airlock. It stays sealed closed now. I pulled out one that felt squishy to check it and the inside was hollow so I felt ok about that. I've been checking daily and there's been no mold/fuzzies. Tastes good, but I'm going to leave them to ferment for a bit longer.
