rating my own home brew setup:
- "tubruk" 2/5, for emergency caffeine but taste and body aren't much enjoyable (directly put grinded beans in the serving glass then pour hot water). dilute with more water to reduce the body, but taste still unpleasant
- moka pot 3.5/5, not bad actually, but not the best either. has a gacha factor but with higher successful rate. take more time/prep to brew. best for long black / americano / latte
- pour over 4/5, best flavour and body, lower chance to fail, need more time to prep. waste of ice cubes for iced pour over.

I need something like pour over flavour and body. better or at least equal on success rate. lower time to prep/brew.

@eal @ganbold si, but the result is quite 厚 because of the pressure

thank you for reminding me about aeropress! is been on my list since long time ago. it's portable and require no electricity which is a chef kiss.

I kept on the look for other alternatives, but most of them are either require electricity or not portable enough.

do you customize your aeropress? I heard like some people are using filter something to get different result
