@koakuma culture is so chock full of unadressed shorthands, theres souch nuance to a language based on its cultural context too, speaking it is well and good but theres more meat there than just the visible skin layer

@desea Yes, but still, that is my standard; I think I'm being quite reasonable here, no need to be a cultural expert but at least have the knowledge of common idioms (or, at the very least, the ability to bootstrap one up¹ - even in one's native languages, new ones are created occassionally, no?)
¹In practice this usually means something like being able to notice that something's amiss, then following it up by asking for clarification, and then being able to understand the explanation
