#Pickle update. The majority of the #fermentation has already happened. When it really gets going it can blow the airlock off and even if it doesn't do that, a lot of brine will be out of the airlock. It stays sealed closed now. I pulled out one that felt squishy to check it and the inside was hollow so I felt ok about that. I've been checking daily and there's been no mold/fuzzies. Tastes good, but I'm going to leave them to ferment for a bit longer.

ive found that i feel so much more comfortable around someone if they tell me that they didn't like something that i did because then i know that they're willing to give me negative feedback. if you keep that to yourself then i just have to guess what you're feeling and that's often more decided by how i feel about myself than any actual mind reading ability
