#endof10 was a Microsoft problem, but it doesn't mean it's a problem unique to Microsoft. Apple do it too. Almost all vendors of proprietary software pulls support for older hardware long before its useful life is other.
Thankfully people are waking up to this and realising that Open Source offers as a practical solution to take back control, save money and reduce environmental impacts.
Even commercially supported Linux isn't safe from this. As CERN found out:

That's what I was wondering, there's an insane amount of games out there that nobody played, and considering we found stuff like the Super Punch-Out debug menu that can be somehow played as a full 2 player mode, there's probably a bunch of other weird stuff and beta elements hiding all over the place that would normally require insane research to even get
I love looking at beta stuff and along the years for OOT, pre-decompile of course, they would find beta models and stuff that's apparently not even in the normal model indexing, all sorts of weird crap like that, but the amount of knowledge to even reach that at the time was insane

They played the song What A Wonderful World Lineand, which is from a very turbulent time for the band and singer (towana). They didn't play it live for 10 years.
Halfway the song she couldn't sing anymore and just broke down crying and the audience took over the song :akko_cry:

We visited fhána!! It was very memorable and a quite emotional concert (not least for the band). No other pictures since no one was taking them (REFRESHING??? Not a screen in sight)
I've been listening to fhána for like 10 years so finally meeting them was really great!!
