Just Say No to #AI “scribes”, especially for medical appointments.
“When Rebecca Green arrived for her first appointment with a urologist, she was asked whether she consented to having the appointment transcribed by artificial intelligence (AI).
She said yes without hesitation.
"I don't want to be in her bad books or be that annoying patient who takes up more of her time," she said.
But that decision would cause her a lot of stress, with the AI scribe making up the serious but false claim that Ms Green was taking illegal drugs.”

frontier models are pain in the head for QnA compared to their flash version
I prefer a pair of flash and frontier, but currently there is no harness that could handle this kind of workflow.
you ask flash => flash decide to answer directly or delegate it to frontier => you got answer from flash
I don't think its just a matter of that frontier model is smart or token inefficient for such a task, but rather like I think that is how it behaves

.-. it is so weird how christian narrative is controlled by the local church leader... like the community don't read the bible and even when they do, if they don't understand something, they don't look for information, they just ask the local religious leader. like I get it when you're a person that has no time to study and such...
but when you're a person with history degree... is weird... cuz even if you didn't pay attention to the whole course, you should have at least pick on the fact that local leaders always diverged from the main organization (be it on Catholicism or Protestantism... or orthodox church, etc etc)... why would you believe your local pastor/father is actually aligned with the so-called true message?

@sun @meowski @parker I keep hearing great things about codex. I've been using composer and grok with great success. I might end up trying codex soon because it looks like my employer is going to sign with openai. Can't get ahold of any sales people at cursor.
