- rules will be posted by midnight est on oct 15
- entry period will open by midnight est on oct 18
- entries will be selected by midnight est on nov 19 (???)

this is genuinely fucking nuts. the entry period runs 30 days from oct 18 to nov 17. unless i’m misreading this, the government has TWO DAYS to select people, as opposed to the usual 6 or so months.
