7.7 magnitude earthquake just struck Indonesia (around NTT) this morning. Did people in the affected area receive warnings on their phones?

I doubt that Indonesia has disaster warning systems as advanced as Japan's. Even the "Class 0 message," a flash broadcast feature, has been abused by SIM card providers like Indosat to send garbage promotional messages for years.
