Can the SpO2 pulse meter detect or even suggest a possibility of carbon monoxide poisoning ?

@tranquillity@mastodon.minionflo.net i think carbon monoxide binds more tightly to hemoglobin than O2 does. So if O2 level is normal that would imply no CO poisoning.
