Seeing cishet people weighing in on cops not being allowed to march in Pride and being all "but there are gay cops they want to be included too and don't you want an organisation to make amends blah blah blah"

Look, the role of the police is to uphold the law.

If a law is passed that's detrimental to 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, police will uphold that law.

Since they do not have a backbone to refuse to enforce a law and will also happily terrorize the community, they are NOT welcome.
