@kaia @hannah I suspect “local” means “in that city” so it’s self-attenuating (people that don’t make enough money to live in Munich don’t live in Munich and so their salaries aren’t local)

that would make sense seeing e.g. Lisbon where a lot of British expats ruin it for the locals
