@mametsuko right so I’ve thought about this! There are some cafes where you pay for the time you spend inside, so if you order just a drink and want to leave afterwards it’s prohibitively expensive. This encourages longer stays, less upkeep from the keeper, and generally a nicer vibe; works well with coworking spots. So what you as a tender can do is just set up shop at one of the spots and do whatever. If people want something they call for you, you do it, and back toah.

@mametsuko for me this might be really nice because it would force me to take breaks (so not go hypomanic and ignore basic bodily needs), but also not be so intrusive as to destroy flow completely, while also keeping me doing things so I can’t just zzz
