From a Star Trek fan standpoint I would pitch

a) Enterprise sequel in the vein of DS9, maybe bring back Archer and focus on the politics and diplomacy of the new alliance and even tease the Romulan War.

b) TNG again: The Orville did it, why we couldn't come up with another TNG-like series
