@amerika @oussy a low income housing building got put up near my house and it made crime go through the roof but little black kids didn't cause that.

the poor kids came to my house too unprepared without even masks. So, the next year I went to the dollar store before halloween and bought 20 masks and handed them out to kids without masks. They were so excited to get their own masks for the rest of their trick or treating, they loved it. Great experience.
