those are primarily civilian infrastructure and are not classically considered military targets. intentionally and advertising intent to destroy civilian infrastructure is directly terrorism.

@icedquinn I don't want to discourage people from taking action on things they care about but this is the type of thing that radicals encourage in normal people for their own goals before the normal person ever even attempts normal means to signal they don't want things.
