having a mild argument with a guy about a music synthesizer only having 16MB for samples, guty is like "well old synths only had 4 and made movie soundtracks". I just casually said "you're right but it's 2026" and he's giving me shit, I'm just like "the device wasn't meant to have samples, someone hacked it in later, if you buy a different synth today it will have 1-4GB for samples" and the guy just keeps arguing

I get it, you're flexing on me that you can make music with a toaster. I don't actually give a fuck maybe somebody wants a modern workflow
