@sun @dielan As much as I hate to say it, if you were making your entire livelihood based on keeping an easily replicable series of 1s and 0s from being replicated, you were kind of on borrowed time from the get go

@mrsaturday @dielan adobe photoshop peaked in like 1999, and they had to just start moving ui elements around randomly and add cloud lock-in to keep going, there is little to no mutually-beneficial use case for stuff they have done for over 25 years, it's just tricking you into subscriptions
