@anemone yes. however it does have some tricks I stole from other similar tools, but I also added a bunch of manual tools on the top that make it work twice as good

@anemone the goal here is not necessarily "convert any art with 100% accuracy to PC-98 art". It's "take carefully-prepared art meant to be in that style and make the torturous parts automated to get it 80-90% of the way there".
Also, it's a general-purpose paint program in PC-98 style so after you get the art in there, you can edit it and not mess up the colors/lines because it understands the medium.
