honestly though where is the coordinated effort to get you to overtly disconnect from politics? literally everything in america is about making money by sowing division which requires nobody ever shut up about anything. Japan is fucking great here because people have normal lives where they think about normal things not a bunch of outrage shit pumped into their eyeballs every minute of the day

I am not disconnected from it because I still come on the Fediverse. I feel better when I am not here and am just in the moment in Japan, having a normal life looking and clouds and mountains and streams and rice fields.

Some of these niggas do just regurgitate flavor of the hour twitter drivel but most do not.
I wish I had more time on my hands so I could post about things I do but all I do is work and sleep and maintain my instances, and computer shit sucks to post about because it's gay and lame 90% of the time.
