@anemone it makes a choice about the right to be wrong, the right to figure out things for yourself, where they appear to be in conflict between the group and the individual. sometimes there's not even a conflict but it just asserts its total authority to decide that and impose it on you

@sun @anemone this was the first thing that the communist revolution did https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Chinese_Famine, the lifting up happened after when they gave up on hardcore revolutionizing and was like let's do some more free market
