spicy tomato pasta:

ingredients: 

chilis from a local ethnic shop, about half a handful per person

one onion per 2 ppl

half a head of garlic per 2 ppl

tablespoon Basil

tomato medium of your preference

method: 

fry onion, garlic and chili in pan with some olive oil

add tomato and let simmer

prepare pasta and add to sauce

serve
