I've just received one of those

If you see one of these, it is DEFINITELY a #phishing  attack. Mastodon does not have 'automated systems' to do this. You should report it immediately.

Edited: and immediately after, I received a second, identical. Looking at the bot activity, it's targetting pro #Palestine activists.
