New Title Screen! 🐈

Refactored the hub area "Kittyz Kommune" to be more compact and spent some time setting up build automation so I can test standardised builds across some of my devices (steamdeck, laptop, etc) and compare performance.

Also added some HUD elements to show some info about movement (wallruns, powerslides, double jumps).

Soon you'll be able to trade in Crayons for customizations at Buttons' Bazaar and pick up some free catnip from Patches! 🐱
