I've just seen this Peter Drucker management quote that I think encapsulates AI perfectly:


There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all.


A lot of people are using AI to automate processes that exist, instead of asking what the process accomplished in the first place.

AI has come for #Tidal, the streaming #music service I use. At least they make it clear. Naturally it’s on by default. And it’s not one tap to turn off, but 2. I hope you didn’t have any great music queued up when this happens, because turning OFF #AI (which you didn’t turn on) will clear your play queue.
