I think in response to Carney wanting to force Canada to join the European Union. Trump should retaliate by going an address of the nation and declare "vive le québec libre!" . 

If I was in Trump's shoes I'd totally do that to troll the fuck out of Ottawa and send money to parti québécois and parti conservateur québec. I mean after all we already give money to Israel and Ukraine may as well give money to another nation.
