now page load times with default config take over 5s instead of the “you barely see it pop up” and i don’t think it still changes anything if the admin very explictitly configures it is be over 1000x slower than the default

@mewsleah i am again unsure how that would improve things. the default settings are speedy and if the admin changes it to take minutes instead of tens of milliseconds i don’t think they would turn on something that might make it faster?
