how do I tell my psychiatrist that my schizophrenia got severely worse over the last several weeks and months, while also mentioning, that while taking meds, that I can talk to my headmates less effective and therefore feel more bad, without her putting me into a clinic without my consent, or wanting to "treat" my headmates by wanting to remove them or smth similar?
