I lost over 30lbs since moving to Japan and my a1c blood sugar went from a high of 11 to around 5 and now my diabetes has is in or near remission.

@sun it's a bit crazy that diabetes 2 (and so much other stuff) can be cured just by losing weight and it's still so hard to do.

@lain I guess you can get it bad enough that you can't get rid of it but I never had it that bad.
