Wait so actually does the PC wraparound behavior differ if you run SPARC v8 binaries on v9 processors vs running it natively on v8 processors :cirnothinking: 

For example consider this snippet:
```
nop
call  .+8         ! Put PC on %o7
mov   -4, %l0
srl   %l0, 0, %l0 ! Important!
jmp   [%o7+%l0]   ! On v8 this should go back to the nop before the call, on v9 ???????
 nop
```
